MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES

MULTISPRAY® tray cabinet vacuum dryers consist of a main body (drying chamber) and a series of shelves heated through by the circulation of fluid. Also the drying chamber is heated, so as to avoid any condensation. A specific fluid distribution manifold guarantees homogeneity of heating on all radiant plates.

The parts in contact with the product of all types of models are built in INOX AISI 316L stainless steel. For special applications, where there are problems with the aggressiveness of the solvents in the products, the material in contact with the product can be Hastelloy C-22, or anti-corrosive coating material such as Halar or Sakaphen.

MULTISPRAY® tray cabinet vacuum dryers stand out for the following main technical features:

- mirror polishing of the inside of the cabinet
- mirror polishing of the heating plates, on both surfaces (upper and lower)
- airtight door lining
- high operating vacuum ratings thanks to an accurate machining of the door and of the centre of the or-ring gasket, which guarantee the perfect coupling with the rabbet of the cabinet.
- "particle-free" trays for complete recovery of powders.
